An inverter/charger with two AC inputs and a built-in transfer switch, so shore power and a generator can both be wired in and it picks the one that's live. Two AC outputs, PowerControl and PowerAssist, and switch-over in milliseconds when shore power drops. Parallel and three-phase capable.
