ShieldsFlex II hose now meets SAE J2006 requirements to double ozone resistance. The synthetic rubber of the Series 250 hose will withstand exposure to mild chemicals, antifreeze and saltwater. A wire helix imbedded between HD synthetic cord reinforces the hose and prevents it from collapsing under pressure while allowing it to make moderate bends.
